Orders

Contract Cancellation - Distance Selling Regulations

You have the right to cancel this contract if you wish, provided that you do not exercise this right within 14 days following the day you receive your delivery.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must give PETEK LEGACY written notice. If you exercise your right to cancel after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be obliged to send your order back to PETEK LEGACY at your own expense. You must also take reasonable care to avoid damage to the goods during this period or during transportation.

PETEK LEGACY reserves the right to refuse a return if any product is not returned.

Products that fall into the following categories are non-returnable unless they are proven to be defective;

Products made to the customer's own customization, for example, made-to-measure or personalized products

If you wish to cancel this agreement before your order is shipped, please contact us immediately at our email address. If your order has already been shipped, follow the Returns & Refunds procedure. This does not affect your legal rights.

Withdrawal Rights

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene after the seal has been removed, such as for the supply of products according to customer specifications. Whether the right of withdrawal applies will be stated on the product page before completing the order. If valid, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the final goods.

Product Description

Each specific product purchased is subject to the Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct.

While we plan to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this Website at a particular time may not reflect the exact moment when you placed your order.

Payment

All prices include VAT at the applicable rates (if applicable) and are correct at the time the information was entered into the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.

You are verifying that the credit or debit card you are using is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to a verification check and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or fails to authorize payment to us for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Short Delivery, Defective or Damaged Goods

To protect your interests, we strongly recommend that you check your goods carefully when you receive them. In order to protect your interest, any claims about short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or about damaged or defective goods subsequently found, must be reported to us as soon as possible. We do not make any claims for damages caused by the Customer.

 Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this Website at any time or to remove or edit any material or content on this Website. We may choose not to process a transaction or unilaterally refuse a service at any time for any reason.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing or editing materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction, or reversing or suspending any transaction after the transaction has commenced, whether or not that product has been sold, by reason of our withdrawing a product from this Website.

Concessions

For products purchased from branded concessions on the PETEK LEGACY Website, PETEK LEGACY acts as an agent on behalf of the concessionaire. For VAT purposes, the responsibility lies with the concessionaire and VAT invoices can be issued by the concessionaire upon request.
