As Petek Saraciye Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("PETEK LEGACY" or "we"), we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority. To make a return by post or courier, please use our returns tool and you will be guided on how to complete your return with your order number and email address. Provide proof of purchase when returning an item.

1. Who we are and how you can contact us

If we need to contact you by telephone or in writing via the e-mail address or postal address you gave us in your order, we will do so. The word "in writing" includes emails. 2. Our contract with you

We accept your order when you place your order in the store and we tell you that we can supply you with the product. When we accept your order, a contract is formed between you and us. When we accept your order, full payment for the goods will be taken in the shop. You will then receive a receipt for this payment.

We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what happens when we accept your order. It helps us if you let us know your order number when you contact us about your order.

3. Our products

Products may be slightly different from the pictures. The pictures of the products on our website are for illustration purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colors of a device or printed pictures on our website accurately reflect the color of the products. Your product may vary slightly from these pictures. Because our products are handmade, there is a 2% tolerance for all dimensions, weights, capacities, gauges and measurements stated in our catalog or on our website. If you have placed a custom order in the store, we will make every effort to provide an accurate virtual representation of what the finished product may look like, but we cannot guarantee that the physical finished product will be identical to the virtual representation.

Please contact us if you wish to make a change to the product you ordered. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will notify you of any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else that may be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the change.

4. Our right to make changes

We may modify the product in the following circumstances:

To reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, for example, in the event of a change in relevant EU safety standards where we need to change materials or finishes in relation to our products;

To implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.

These changes will not affect your use of the product, but if we anticipate that your use of the product is likely to be affected, we will inform you as quickly as possible.

5. Provision of products

We will deliver the product(s) to you within a reasonable time. You will be given an estimated delivery date when you place an order and we will endeavor to deliver the Product(s) no later than (5) days after that date, if not earlier.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If the supply of Products is delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will notify you as quickly as possible and take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. As long as we have ensured this, we will not be liable for delays due to the event, but if there is a significant risk of delay, you may apply to us to terminate the contract and receive payment for any products you have not received.

6. Your Rights of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for goods that are excluded from these rights by mandatory law. In particular, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the delivery of goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons that are not suitable for return after their seals have been removed and for the supply of goods customized to customer specifications or personal needs. Whether the right of withdrawal applies will be indicated on the product page before completing the order. If it applies, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the final goods are in the hands of you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier.

You must return the goods to us within 10 (ten) days from the date of notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal. You must return to us the goods subject to the return, together with the invoice, the box, the packaging, the standard accessories of the product, if any, and any other items received as a gift for the purchase of the goods in question, in full and undamaged condition. Within the withdrawal period, you must use the goods in accordance with the operating, technical specifications and instructions for use, otherwise you will be liable for any changes and deterioration of the product.


7. Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised


We accept, declare and undertake that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal in the following cases:


- Contracts for goods or services whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets that are not under the control of the seller or supplier,


- Contracts for products tailored to consumer needs or personal wishes,


- Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods,


- Contracts for the delivery of products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene,


- Contracts relating to goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,


- Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables whose protective elements such as packaging, tapes, seals, packages, etc. are opened after delivery of the goods,


- Contracts for the provision of accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, catering and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be concluded on a specific date or period,


- Services relating to intangible goods that are instantly performed electronically or delivered to the consumer instantly,


- Contracts for services performed with the consent of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.
